Most Everash Creations products are custom‑personalised sublimation items made to your request. Change‑of‑mind returns or exchanges are generally not available. If you receive an item with a genuine production fault, please send clear photos of the problem within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will review your claim and offer either a re‑print, partial credit or replacement at our discretion. Faults caused by incorrect care, accidental drops or misuse are not eligible for return or exchange. Before production starts you will have a chance to confirm your design details carefully to help avoid errors. If approved, return‑postage instructions will be shared with you directly. We do not accept unpaid‑on‑arrival parcels.
