We ship all orders across Australia. Every parcel includes tracking information sent to your email once your item is dispatched. Standard dispatch happens 3‑7 business days after payment confirmation, followed by 2‑5 business days delivery transit time. We do not offer international shipping at this stage. While we carefully pack each handmade piece, we are not liable for delivery delays or rough‑handling damage caused by Australia Post. If your parcel appears lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery so we can help you lodge an enquiry.
