All custom‑made sublimation items start with a quoted price. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. Please double‑check all names, colours and design details before paying — personalised items cannot easily be changed once production begins. Production runs 3‑7 business days.

## 2. Shipping
We ship Australia‑wide. Every order includes tracking, with standard delivery 2‑5 business days after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.

## 3. Care & Use
All printed drink‑ware requires hand‑washing only; refer to our Drinkware Care Guide. Improper care will shorten the life of your item and is not covered under fault‑related claims.

## 4. Returns & Refunds
As most goods are personalised, refunds are only offered for genuine production faults. If you believe your item arrived faulty, please send clear photos within 7 days of delivery so we can review your claim. Change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted for custom‑printed products.

## 5. Design Rules
Customers must supply only their own original artwork. We cannot print copyrighted or trademarked characters, logos or images without permission. You agree you hold rights to any design you send us.

## 6. Privacy
We only keep your details to process your order and send updates; we will not share your personal information with third parties.
